Ruobing Han and Hongmei Ruan

Abstract—With the popularity of the Internet and the increasing number of netizens, the Internet has long become an inseparable part of people's daily lives. Every year, new online buzzwords will appear on the Internet. The buzzwords released by the National Language Resource Monitoring and Research Flat Media Center are based on the Beijing Language and Culture University Dynamic Circulation Corpus (DCC), which are obtained through computer extraction and humancomputer interaction processing. This paper will use the buzzwords “waste sorting” as a case to analyze the social phenomenon mapped by this word.
